At Natasha Zena LLC, he leads design strategy, oversees visual deliverables, and ensures every asset reflects the firm’s aesthetic standards. Leo manages multi-project pipelines, supervises freelance designers, and builds scalable systems that support brand consistency and growth. Known for his creativity and collaborative approach, he translates strategic communications into cohesive visual narratives. Outside of design, Leo is a sports photographer, freelancing for high schools and colleges throughout the Northeast region. He uses visual language to shape meaning and deepen audience engagement.
